Submission of Posters and Oral Presentations
Each registration allows the submission of only 1 Oral Presentation and 1 Poster (i.e. two works, as long as they are in different categories).
Proposals for Posters and Oral Presentations must necessarily contain:
- Title (max: 20 words);
- Name of authors (max: 20 authors);
- Thematic area of knowledge (see list below);
- Abstracts with a minimum of 300 words and maximum of 500 words;
- The author submitting the abstract must be the first author of the paper. If the first author is absent during the presentation, any of the co-authors will be able to do so.
- Abstracts will be accepted in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Presentation:
- The Oral Presentation time can last from 10 to 12 minutes, with questions at the end that should be asked during the 3 to 5 minute period.
- The Extended Oral Presentation can last up to 25 minutes, with an additional five minutes for questions.
