Minicourse Submission
Each registration allows the submission of 1 Minicourse proposal.
The final number of mini-courses will be determined based on space availability and the number of places available. Each mini-course is a complementary activity to the conference, aimed at a specific audience, with an independent theme. With a total duration of 8 hours, the mini-courses will cover topics within the scope of Herpetology or related to scientific communication and dissemination tools. Participation in the mini-course, accompanied by payment of the registration fee, will guarantee the student a certificate issued by the organizing committee.
Mini-course instructors will be entitled to a registration fee waiver per mini-course.
Mini-courses that have more than one instructor must choose who will receive the exemption and inform this in the proposal.
The exemption can be applied to any registration category.
To receive the exemption, each mini-course instructor must complete their registration in the registration system (if they have not already done so), skip the payment step and the organization will apply the exemption.
Minicourse proposals must necessarily contain:
- Title
- General summary (up to 250 words)
- Keywords (up to 5 words)
- Teacher’s CV (Lattes or ORCID) – The mini-courses are, in principle, taught by a single teacher, but proposals with more than one teacher will be considered.
- Proposed number of vacancies (minimum of 10 and maximum of 40 people)
